UPDATE::: TALKED TO MANAGER THIS MORNING AND THEY WILL BE TAKING THE CHAIR BACK AND CHANGING IT FOR A BETTER ONE I WANT TO THANK THEM AT THE MAYFIELD SHOP FOR TAKING CARE OF THIS SITUATION ::::::::::::::;;;;:::::::::::::::Me and my husband went looking for a recliner and we found one well it broke snapped i called and told them what happen and that i was a big women and she said that it was a 250 weight limit for the chair i said if they could take it back she said no that someone will come and look at it and take pictures well they came today and put some screws in the sides and asked if i wanted to try it out i said no then they left my grandson came and sat on it and he weights about 120 and it broke again. Read moreI waited 2 and a half months for my bedroom set. All I ever got was the run around and a mattress. I had to call them to get updates. They never contacted me. They told me that I could come in and pick something else out. I went in and they had 3 sets to choose from that were in stock. I choose one and they were going to charge me an additional $700. I cancelled my order and went across the street. The same bed that Farmers said is on back order this whole time can be in my house in 2 days at another place. Had I received phone calls or some sort of contact I would have waited. The level of customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered. I am a department supervisor for a big retailer. Read moreI have to say I have been very disappointed with this place. I ordered a bedroom set from them. It was broken and I had been waiting 5 months or so with no communication from them about what was going on. The manager and staff were rude and disrespectful. They got a new manager and a few new people for delivery. I went in and the new manager was very nice and helpful,we worked on the issues with the furniture. I ended up getting a completely different bedroom set. Had a few broken things arrive tho. The manager worked pretty quickly to take care of the problems.
