Do not go there! I went to buy a new phone, decided not to buy the phone because the kid working there tried to con me. He wanted to charge me $225 for sales tax I laughed, took my phone and left. Turns out my sim card was in the new phone at the store and he locked the door when I left. I did not have any phone all night and I need a phone in case my 95 yr old father is in trouble. I stayed at his house that night. The next day I went back and the wise guy kid was anything but nice. I kept trying to call Verizon. Oh, we will fix it they said. For 2 months I have been billed for the new phone. Today I get another bill for the new phone that is not even in my possession. Verizon asked me to return the apple watch to the store, but this store said they don't accept the return for apple watch.
Verizon finally said they will escalate, someone will reply me in 3~4 days but nothing happens then after 10...
