I wanted to share a recent experience here that was pretty awesome and unexpected. This company reached out to me regarding a rifle they received out of the blue that had my name attached to it. I ordered this rifle from another vender (Guns.com), a MONTH prior, and it was somehow (error on the side of FedEx) shipped to their shop in Oklahoma rather than my FFL here in Arizona. They did everything in their power to ensure the rifle was sent back out to the correct FFL, which included reaching out to their own contacts at the purchasing company. I thought this rifle was lost for good now it's in route to my FFL....

I understand there can be A misunderstanding or miscommunication. However when the little guy behind the counter wants to raise his voice & try to intimidate a female customer after being asked repeatedly to lower his voice this is inexcusable & honestly down right threatening in nature. My husband & I have been repetitive customers up until now. All it would have taken was an apology for the misunderstanding & how can we make this right. I love this shop. I go there for the outstanding selection of new and used guns and my wife likes to browse thru the other parts of the store. We both almost always find something we've just got to have. Their gun prices are fair and sometimes there are some really great deals to be had. The staff is always helpful, smiling and friendly. It's usually our first stop when we make it to McAlester. We live an hour away but I'll sometimes make the drive just to check out what's new. It's probably a good thing that I don't...
