H-E-B — Local services in McAllen

The HEB was very clean the merchandise I was seeking was easy to find and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I found the sweet bread from the deli to be very tasty and fresh. The meat from the restaurant part of of HEB was hard a little tough various times that I went there. I want be buying that meat anymore. But everything else including the parking lot was very much to my satisfaction. All employees who passed by me greeted me, which is very nice and the cashier was, also, very nice and professional, as always. The stockers and cashier deserve 5 stars. But, the reason heb isn't getting 5 stars is because when the cashier asked another cashier to help him bag the groceries, she prioritized her duties over the customer. So, I had to jump in to help him bag because I did buy a cart full of food. I don't mind helping bag my own groceries when I see that they are busy with other customers. But she was on the next register and never showed sense of urgency and It wasn't as if there was a line of customers waiting to be checked out. There were very few customers in the store. HEB, you need to retrain your employees on customer service skills. Other than that, I have no complaints, everything is usually...

Wouldn't even call it a 1 star H-E-B rate. I honestly like buying from H-E-B but this certain H-E-B is the worse. I don't understand how is it a "PLUS" there's nothing here. As well as the groceries, you take your time choosing your vegetables and the food your choosing the way you would like them and are buy so that someone from the cashier just throws it inside your cart with no RESPECT AT ALL! Finally well as the customer service. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT AN H-E-B. The employees are so rude they do not care if their on your way of getting someone from the aisle or even walking thru the hallways. Evrything is just the WORSE IN THIS PLACE. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here if they don't want to get mad. Seriously... no...
