Love the drinks from here but come from almost 25 miles and received horrible service on 6/16/23 at 9:45pm. We were able to see that the girls were cleaning and never came to charge us and one girl at 10 came to take the cash register that is on the second window and she saw us but still no acknowledgement. After she left another girl with the headset was dancing and staring at us and left the window area dancing. I come here every day literally everyday and today I ordered my usual coffee and they surprised me with their new large cups. I advised the lady at the drive thru that I had order a large and she stated their new large cups were smaller until further notice. I asked for a discount because I paid almost 9 dollars for a small size cup, they mentioned they could only refund me and cancel the order because I had already paid for it!!! Decided to just take it and never come back!!!! Do not recommend just go to the one in the mall or in pharr!!!

It was there. i figured it was bigger. It was nicer, and the ambient was not cozy as the one in the phar. I wanted to try it and wasn't happy. Another thing I asked for extra sprinkles because they are shysty on serving the classic Coco Loco was to watery melted very quick the consistency was not there. I pay 75 cents extra for them sprinkles you expect like the ones from the mall and in phar and these were nit the same so it made it taste different I was just disappointed with this place and will return to my usual spots in phar or the mall.
