horrible experience first of all the two mexican ladies in there mid fifties didnt even greet you verbally let alone with a smile !! Then the lady got upset when my 4 year old son wanted to see the table decor a 1$ cheap dollar tree decoration when I asked her if we could go to the restroom she seemed upset as if it was her home and the hallway to the restroom was super dark the light was off we could of had a fall ! then the restroom for both male and female were locked I then told the lady and she said you can only use the mens restroom?! then when I got back from taking my 5 year old daughter to the restroom one of the lady had my son in a restraint obstructing him from leaving !? I was beyond upset your practically a stranger why the hell are you even touching my 4 year old child without my consent or my mothers consent ,my mom said that the lady told her your son touched the bread now you have to pay it !? we get into trouble because the owners have us on camera ! What type of customers service is that ?! My mom said thats fine But was beyond horrified with the whole experience ! We bought 4 pieces of bread for $13 that's extremely expensive ! I will never step foot in any Paris Bakery I'm super disappointed and the lack of customer service and plain common sense these employees had if that's a reflection of...

For that price, I expected soft, flavorful bread that stays fresh, but it completely misses the mark. If you want better bread for a fair price, go to El Fenix Bakery in Edinburg. Their bread is far more consistent, tastes great, and is priced honestly. Paris Bakery seriously needs to improve both quality...

I said I had my card since a year ago before the pandemic because I dont eat sweet bread habitually. Girl at check out didnt care. Super rude and said no. She wasn't really practicing good Covid19 hygiene either because she had fake acrylic pink nails..and she was the one handling the cash register and if u are a frequent buyer there...u know that they should be wearing gloves..especially since they gave me the run around with the free bread points card and mumbo jumbo about pandemic. Will happily be going to Bakery down the road La Reynera!! On Business 83..the old Aziz.. bread is amazing and a fraction of the cost of...
