My wife ordered a vanity set on the weekend and they explained that we could either pay for delivery or pick it up at their location on Business 83. We told them we would pick up the item later on during the week.
I asked a friend to borrow his pickup and my wife and I went to pick up the item. We arrived and waited for 20 minutes before we were helped, not a big deal. We showed them the paperwork and told them that we were their to pick up my wife’s new vanity set. They told us to wait because some guys were on the way back. I wasn’t sure why we had to wait for someone; perhaps they were the warehouse workers coming back and it was those employees who had to get the item. More time passed and then someone else came out and told us we needed to pick it up from the mall. That they didn’t have all of the item there, the mirror or something was missing so we needed to go to the mall.
So we wasted time and a friend’s gas on a trip for nothing. We wanted to cancel the order but they said to contact the store at the mall because their computer system was different. Ya, all companies separate computer systems so inventory could never be tracked. We called the mall location and they listened to our complaint and asked to call us back.
They called back offering free delivery on the next day. I know my wife wanted the item so I accepted, but one thing the guy tried to tell me is that they couldn’t cancel the order. As if I would ever be ok with being charged for something they never gave to me. For my wife I decided to give them a chance, but it’ll be a cold day in hell if they try to convince me that I can’t cancel if they don’t show up tomorrow.
If it was a simple mistake I will update this post, but so far things are pointing to very poor customer service and a very u organized company.

I had to call them back and no one spoke English. This is AMERICA and English should be the first language. Another week past still no courtesy call from my so called salesperson. Needless to say a full month went by and only spoke with Silvia ONCE in my that time and I HAD TO CALL HER to see what the status was on my purchase. The purchase finally came a MONTH AND A WEEK LATER. The table had a chip on the side and two of the chairs were missing hardware. NOT GOOD. The driver got ahold of someone who offered someone to come out and patch it up . NEVER. Not and still pay for new price. At this point the service from Silvia sucked. I knew they would stain easily. MARLEN (the owner) reassured me that she would get someone to reupholster the chairs with a good plastic. The job never got done. When it was finally finished THREE months later, only 4 chairs were done correctly and the other four were poorly finished. They had torn edges and loose plastic on them. I tried reaching out to Marlen MANY, MANY times and she was never available. She was always "out of town". Her employees would try to place the blame on me. I am beyond disappointed. Now I am stuck with the extra expense of sending the 4 chairs to another upholstery company.
