Drive thru order for 2 dipped cones after ordering drove behind another customer that didn’t wait for the order drove away. I drove up to the window to pay and there was no one there and after waiting for a while drove up to the next window same thing no one at the window decided to drive around and get off for my order. When I get to the counter I noticed several employees standing, laughing one of the employees asked what are you ordering? I said I’m here for my drive thru order she went up to employee Azul whom took my order and told her out loud the lady from drive thru came inside for her dipped cones . Azul had already placed the cones in the fridge went and got them. She kept telling me you are the one that drove away there was someone there and you drove away. I got my order and told her that I would be doing a review for the way I was approached by the staff and she ran after me when I mentioned that to her. I said what is the purpose of a drive thru order? Azul wanted me to hear her out she was trying to justify how busy it was today and how crazy it got but never admitted that the window was unattended. I asked Azul if she was the manager and she said NO the manager was not even around. I’m very disappointed with the customer service the employees need to respect the other customers in the dining area whom heard all the negative conversation. We had our soggy dripping cones that was not nice.. I will not recommend or return to this DQ sadly but true. Managers need to supervise and retrain the employees on customer service and honesty. Read moreThe worst curbside pickup service I have experience. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to bring my order. I called numerous times the number as indicated by the curbside sign and no one would answer the phone. I followed DQ app direction to check in and indicated my parking number. I could clearly see into the restaurant and all the employees can see that a car was parked in curbside pickup. I had to enter drive thru to pick up my order. No apologies were offered. I was told they didn't realize an order was pending. Very bad service. I do not recommend
