Snowball Express Mcallen — Restaurant in McAllen

Honestly, don't bother coming here. We waited for an 1hr 20min for our order. The lady has us pay for certain items again because she "forgot" to write it. She also keeps the card and change until they're done with your order! We had to knock on their window a few times to get our change and card back!

I wasn't aware about then keeping our card until she locked the window and didn't come back until she got tired of us asking for our card/change back.

To be frank, it was the worst place I've been to. When other customers showed up and knocked on their window, the worker didn't bother to tend them. They ignore you unless you really get their attention, and when you do, the lady would give them a nasty attitude.

My advice to you is to take a photo of what you ordered and GET a receipt. If you don't, they'll charge you again for your paid items and act like you didn't order it. Worst...

I always go to this place when they first started to open. Food is such amazing. I never had no issue with no one but the only issue I had was this guy on the window. Drive, the disrespect discrimination. I got from him and I had never felt this way before. Why it's because I'm trans if he had problems or hate on me, I find that really disrespectful and unprofessionally, which has I had to hold my tears and canceled my order, so I didn't have to stand there i mean, if you guys did not want to us there, just have a sign there. No trans allowed, and I will never come there. And pretty much I would not want to go there again. Probably go somewhere else. Cuz never felt that hurtful before. I just hope you guys could do better. For your people and your business...

If there was negative stars I would put a -5. They don't tell you the price change till they pretty much give you the food. For what I was suppose to pay $25 I ended up paying $45. How am I gonna return the stuff when my kids have been waiting 20 minutes for something I promised them. My order was incorrect, the food they give you doesn't even have some of the things that are shown in the advertising images. The lady didn't bother correcting my food. But went ahead and charged me for something that she forgot to charge me for. If there was a way to steal money from people without them noticing it, this place is it.... We used to love this place when they were honest. If there's a way to report this place please...
