
My group and I where composed of about 10 people. We arrived about 15 minutes before our set time to be there as the indications from the website said to be there about 10 minutes before hand to check in. This is something I highly recommend, which is to reserve before going , especially if it’s your first time going to top golf. We checked in and were directed to the 3rd level which is where our table was located. Once we got to our table everything was explained to us on how to sign in and begin our top golf experience. Our service was great , we had Oscar as our server, he was always attentive and vigilant to our needs. Unfortunately we did have an unexpected incident with one of our beverages. My wife had ordered one of there specialty drinks which came in a golf bag shaped cup, she found what seemed to be rat feces in her drink and we immediately told our server which he contacted the main manager Keaton. Once the manager was made aware of the situation and examined the drink he took the steps that were required of him to escalate the issue up the chain before coming to speak to us and explain what he had already done and apologize for the inconvenience. We completely understood his position in the matter and that also of our server ,we did mentioned that it could’ve been worst and what if we didn’t find it till the end of finishing the beverage.Keaton did take the initiative of giving us a discount on our gameplay and memberships, but really what can make you feel better after going through that type of situation. We had our children with us and had come in from out of town so decided to remain for the rest of our set time we had scheduled. Besides the incident that occurred, the rest of the night was great , it was a full of fun . To answer many people’s question after having had the incident that happen to us occur , would we be a returning customer, maybe to different Top Golf establishment, it will be really hard returning to the same one after what happened! The machines still were not working properly and we couldnt keep score the entire time.What sucks is they still even charged me for my time there even though it wasnt working. So what ever i give the place a 2/5.
Hopefully they fix all the kinks and i can give it a better review but it is what it is. I suggest go early because from 9am-noon they have a play unlimited play option otherwise its just kinda expensive. Like i said the scoring wasbt working when i went so it was just another driving range to me. And i wasnt even allowed to tee up my ball. And their standard tee is like a quarter inch off the ground so driving the ball to hit back fence is not ideal.
My parents had a wonderful time but at one point we were told my father would receive a free veterans meal and so thrn we decided to order o ly to find out nothing was free and they only took off $2.50 from the entire Bill. And we didnt receive a discount for the driving range bay even though he should have received a discount there as well. So seemed a little bait and switch to me. I wish the management had it together and was compitent enough to at least follow the prices and discounts that are listed on their main company page.
The food looked amazing the chicken sandwhichandd grilled sandwhich both looked good and reasonably portioned and priced. I ate the chicken wrap and it had a nice snack. What was amazing was they came out with a "thank you for your service platter" with fruit for my father who was a veteran. Only down side was they charged for his meal after being told it was free. Then being told we were wrong when we werent the ones to bring it up at all.
Not all was bad they had wonderful service from the bay attendant and from alyssa from the front desk. She helped out several times and made sure everything was going as smoothly as possible. Even helped my mother who was a late arrival find us. She was very pleasant and helpful throughout the...
Read moreIt was my second time visiting and this time I brought my family for their first time. We stayed for the hour and played everything was good. Server came and took our drink order and it seemed fine. Server didn’t ask if we wanted any food items so WE had to ask instead. Started with the nachos which were tasty, but quite messy. There was no napkins, silverware or appetizer plates offered. Not a big deal at the moment considering it was just a starter. Thought we could save that for when we ordered our personal food items. We had about 15 minutes left remaining in our bay. Decided to order our main items then, I’d say 10 minutes later our food gets dropped off and server leaves. I wait for the server to return to ask for the following items silverware, extra plates and water. Server comes back a few minutes later and I ask for items I need, he says yes and proceeds to say not to rush but, they need the bay because it’s busy. Proceeds to give us to-go boxes to put our wings that we took one bite of and still asks if I want the items I asked for even though he just gave us to go boxes insinuating to hurry and go. Although I’ve been there before I’ve never heard about us having a certain timeframe to eat otherwise I would’ve extended our time.
