OMEGA DOLLAR 99 — Local services in McAllen

Went in looking for some items and had a really nice lady help me. I wanted to buy a dozen of a specific item, but the store had run out and only had what was on the shelves. She said she'd help me find 12 so that I could purchase them as a pack. I get to the register and the cashier starts to ring me up. I try to explain to her, but she's very rude. I told her what the lady working the floor had told me and she had the audacity to tell me, "well, she's not the boss". I then hand her something else and she rings it up for a higher price. I tell her to hold on because the item has a different price and she tells me, "Well they were marked wrong." WTH, I will never go...

Just make sure if you buy electronics items from that store for them to try it before you walk out of the store , they are so rude I got to speak to two works and I guess the owner and all of them were very rude I had bought a item that end up not working they said that they always check them before the customer buys it which is not true I left and the package was never open by the cashier .. I had bought it less then a week I was not able to go back sooner because I live in Elsa he said they could’ve exchanged or nothing he even said can you read it say no refund...

Bad employees, my first time in the store so I was looking around and a employee was following me around like I was stealing something and when I confronted her about her following me she gaslight me that I was following her then she told me that I was thief because I was going through every aisle. Then she kicked me out. I was doing nothing wrong and was just looking around. Never come to this store they customer service is terrible. They will follow you around and say you’re a thief even though you do...
