( PART 1 ) ( Long story ) ‼️ 100% DO NOT Recommend these people!! I had such a horrible experience with them recently! Mind you I’ve been a customer with them since 2019 this was not my 1st time purchasing a vanity with them . So I know what to expect! This is that type of situation of “ you get what you pay for “ lol yes we all like reasonable pricing , But honestly if you’re a picky person like me , Spend a little extra more money & just go someplace else for nice quality !!! It seems over the years their Vanitys just aren’t the same quality they wanna pick up the prices all the time !! & don’t get me started on delivery fees . I get the whole “inflation” situation with prices going up on certain goods… usually delivery prices almost anywhere here in the RGV furniture warehouse places their delivery is usually $50-$80 sometimes even FREE !!! These ppl have delivered to me twice during the years to the same address it’s always been $50 which is fine this time around I went to this store on 10th “ anahi “ helped me out she was quick to help me out was attentive and answered all my questions when it came down to paying I was told by her it would be $50 for delivery again I gave her my info and once she told me my total she’s like sorry but delivery will be $65 instead of $50 and I was like why if you already had given me a price and it’s the “same” address y’all delivered to me last January as well then she proceeds to tell me oh it’s cause of the area u live in is pretty far made no sense . So I told her never mind on delivery service that I would pick it up at their warehouse . She also said there’s a 1 year warranty on the Vanitys ! I strongly recommend if u go to these ppl please try to record y’all’s conversation with them cause they tell u one thing then switch it up . Once they give u the receipt it says NO WARRANTY NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES!!!!! U are stuck with it if anything goes wrong with it...

About 1.5 years ago I purchased a vanity along with a chair and other items. The vanity did not come complete with the knobs. Some were missing.

Location store on 10th street , Mcallen.

I give them a 1 out of 5. I went to pick up at their warehouse and it's all wrapped up with plastic. So I didn't know some knobs were missing or that half of the drawers did not open correctly .

After about 2 weeks or so I finally recived the knobs that were missing in the mail. Mi Chula salesman had told me I could buy some knows at home depot. I refused and told him it was their responsibility to give me the knows since they came with the vanity. Not a good experience.

Today on May 30, 2024 I went again to mi chula on Conway road in Mission tx.

The sales man was nice and he even helped me load the vanity on to the back of my truck. I had laid down some moving blankets and drove home. Only to notice the vanity had been damaged and it looks like someone tried to repair the bottom and did some painting . Needless to say I have to return this vanity back to mission texas. Keep in mind it's a 2 hr min drive to go get the vanity. I will update this review once A solution has been solved.

🙂 the salesman @ chula #3 in Mission tx was very professional. After he saw that the vanity that was sold to me was damaged he gave me another one and took the old one back. He was very helpful. I recommend this store because of the way he fixed my problem. 5 stars to...

Do not recommend coming to purchase furniture, not sure if it is this location but the red head denise is very rude. The service is trash and the furniture is not any better please do yourself a favor and save ur money and time. Also when I was exiting their lot their delivery truck cut me off as if he didn’t see me, this place definitely need a rework

To the person responding: it IS the right company. You are vanitys and furniture mi chula, I said I’m not sure if it’s the right location seeing as you don’t have a Google page for all your 7 locations. Google reviews are open for us customers to leave reviews on your business and I will post my experience as I please, DO NOT tell me what I should remove. This company needs to work on their customer service skills clearly there’s none, and hire better SAFER drivers. Absolutely no reason your delivery trucks should be pulling out and cutting people off...
