I like to apologize for the bad comment over the phone . First of all I should not blame the full establishment. It was human error on a part of the employee that took my order.give or take they are there to do a job the best they can effectively and courteous . Just the way they are paid prompt and timely the employees should be effective,efficient and courteous. I like to mentioned that once I was able to speak with store manager Mrs.Marlen she credit and corrected the mistake that the fellow employee did the following day with no further problem. She was thoughtful and understanding as she apologize to both my daughter and me. For someone who used to work at jack I know what to expect and what's good customer service like. I attended this jack at 12:27 am on January 4th the reciept says the box belonged to Ashley but I really don't know who attended us because she didn't have a name tag. First no greeting just took our card charged us gave us the drinks and told us to park infront without asking if we wanted condiments and acting like she can't hear us. Anyways she brings us our food and we have mixed fries which is fine but I rather wait and get my French fries not halfsies because you dont want to put fries down. It was 11:25pm when I got to jack in the box. These two guy workers where about to close but when I pulled up because know one answered me they said how can I help u and I Told you all are closed they said yes we are but what did you need. I told what I wanted and right away they said will make for you... They could easily not take my order and say we are close.
