I went to serendipity just the other day and I had a horrible experience the lady I went to wasn’t very nice at all and I asked if I could get my Vera Bradley purse monogrammed and she immediately said no she said it would be to small and would close the front pocket well then I pulled up a picture of others that had the same material and she made another excuse of how it could not be done so then I took my stuff and left. I then found out that a lady at Moye’s pharmacy did it. So I went there the next day the lady was super nice and I asked her if she could monogram my purse she said absolutely with no problem she then explained that it would shut the front pocket but it was going to be big like I want it as far as the other lady at serendipity it would be super small not even visible so I would never go back to serendipity again...

I recently went to Serendipity in McDonough Ga. It was my first and last visit. I will never walk into that place again. I took my Vera Bradley purse and my blow dryer case in there and I said hey and good morning to the lady that was working there she looked at me like I had 2 heads, and rudely said hi. I told her I was very excited to be there and that I wanted to get my purse and blow dryer case monogrammed. She immediately said we can’t do the purse and we can’t do the blow dryer case. So I said thank you took my stuff and left. I then heard there was a lady at Moyes Pharmacy that did monogramming. I took the purse and blow dryer case in there the lady had no issues monogramming both of them, she was also extremely nice. She is where I will be taking my business...

I went in today to the McDonough location for a special request to get a previous patch removed and the person that helped me was not very helpful. I was trying to ask questions, just to understand the types of services that they offered, and she talked to me in a very rude tone. When I was asking what I could do about removing the patch myself, she went on to continue to talk to me as if I was a child—if not like I was stupid. The other people there were a bit more helpful and more understanding, but the attitude that I encountered today was enough to make me never go back to any Serendipity...
