I have to enter at least 1 star to give a review but the service did not deserve half a star. I went through this drive through around the holidays while out shopping because the inside was closed. The line was extremely long. I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers, plain, along with a slushy drink and a fish sandwich. After getting the order, we (my granddaughter and I) drove back to the front to park and eat because we were out shopping and I did not want to eat while driving. When she opened her cheeseburgers, she said they both had ketchup, mustard and pickle on them. We could not go in because the door was locked so we had to get back in the long line and drive back to the window. Another customer had taken his receipt and walked up to the window because his order was wrong. By the time we got back up to the window close to around 30 minutes had passed. I showed the younger female at the window (which originally gave me the order) my receipt and explained the cheeseburgers were not plain, I explained my granddaughter could not have pickles and does not eat ketchup or mustard. I said I tried to go in but the doors were locked so I had been sitting in the long line waiting to get back to the window. She showed the older female the bag and that lady looked at her watch, started yelling about the time and cussing. I held up my receipt to show I ordered them plain. That female continued to cuss looking directly at me and the younger female came back to the window. I immediately asked what the problem was and asked why was she (the older female) cussing because I have the receipt and I never left the parking lot- I said they can look on their camera for all I care and I went straight to the line which was 5-6 cars long and each car waited at the window way longer than usual and I said she had no reason to be in there cussing. That worker apologized. I asked what that persons name was that was cussing, she told me that was her manager and said she was having a bad day. I said it didn’t matter, and that was inappropriate and I was calling corporate to report it. She asked me to pull up and she brought out my order while I was on the phone reporting that older woman, the manager’s rude actions. The worker said the woman’s name was Sandra. She had the rudest behavior I’ve ever seen there. The younger girl seemed afraid to tell me the woman’s name. It was an older Caucasian female, reddish/light brown color hair. I regularly went to this store once every 1-2 weeks for over a year but have not been back since...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars!! Terrible service , the white skinny female taking orders was very rude. ( i will go back and get her name , when I speak with the day time supervisor) When she brought our ice cream to the table she sat the tray down and walked off. She didn’t flip the blizzards over nor said what everyone’s order was . So we were trying to figure out who's ice creme belonged to who. I don’t think the girl speaks, she never acknowledged us when she took our food order. The pretzels we ordered were brought out later because she forgot to bring it out With the blizzards. I reminded her when she finally brought the pretzels out, that she just slid the food down and didn’t turn the blizzards over. Therefore are owed a coupon for a free blizzard. She then looks at me and walks off. This girl is very disrespectful and probably should just take the trash out because she has no customer service skills at all. ( I did end up getting the coupon from “acting manager”) I’ll no longer eat here and take buisness to Chick-fil-A where they treat paying customers with respect. Read moreThis location honestly sucks. When I went previously, there was no one at the counter to help. People were doing things elsewhere and after waiting for a few minutes I had to ask if I was going to be assisted. Then when a girl came to the register she didn’t know what she was doing or talking about. The next time I visited this location, the disorganization was baffling. I’m not sure if they were short staffed, untrained, and simply didn’t care but the service was terrible. I placed an order in the mobile app, and they said they never received it. Mind you I showed the order email and that I paid but they said If it doesn’t show up on their side they can’t make it even though I proved I already paid for it. So I had to pay twice. I called their customer service but because they’re independent franchises, the owner had to decide to refund which is ridiculous. I will not be back to this location...
