Gallery at Hood Street — Attraction in McDonough

I was just looking through my wedding photos and realized I never left my review for this venue! I got married at this venue a few months ago and it was AMAZING!!! From the day I first walked in to do a tour Shelby and the other staff was very professional, helpful, and just so welcoming. My bridal party as well as The Gallery at Hood street made my day smooth! I heard of so many stories prior to my wedding day about brides being stressed on the day of their wedding day and I was not. I was almost too peaceful. The gallery at Hood Street was very accommodating throughout the process. It was always easy to reach someone and ask any questions I had. I would not have wanted my wedding to be anywhere else! This venue was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved the whole facility in which they have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. The Gallery at Hood Street was absolutely wonderful for the baby shower hosted by the family of my son and girlfriend. There was plenty of room for the food as well as guests. Having the use of a kitchen was great for the set up and the outside deck was great for photos and natural lighting. Tracy was the attendant on duty for our event and she was awesome and most accommodating - ensuring that we had everything that we needed. My brother and i throw a 80th birthday party for our parents which was great for them and they had a good time. Unfortunately they cheated us out of our 250 deposit refund because a string of balloons was hanging out of the dumpster. Even though we did a walk thru and confirmed everything was fine they lied and said we didn't clean up completely. That is not a fair way to do business when your representative is there and confirmed all was ok. Myself and everyone in my subdivision has been advised not to use this place. Stating she had to pay someone 200 bucks to pop the balloons which she did herself and...
