I had a terrible experience at this location. The older white man that helped me first started by insulting me asking me if I knew if I was buying the right wiper blades or not. He could’ve asked me in a non-insulting way but he chose to be belittling. Then he proceeded to charge me for the wrong wiper blades which I didn’t realize until after I left. He offered to install them which is a part of their free installation service. We go outside To my car and he says oh I hope these are a J hook. They were not and he was like oh I hate doing these types of wiper blades. Then he proceeds to try and take off the current attachment on the wiper blade to change it to the attachment needed for my car and he didn’t know what he was doing. It was cold outside and he kept complaining about how cold it was and how he was trying to figure out how to change the clip. He ended up taking the whole clip off instead of just the attachment and when he gave it back to me he put the clip on backwards. We placed an online order 4x's, order went through, payment processed and when we got to to the store they said they didn't have it. (It could've been a system error, who knows.) They charged the bank 3x's, refunded one payment after it was cancelled by someone. However, I was still billed twice for one order that they mysteriously never got. The people at the store had no customer service skills and started being rude. They got attitudes and acted like it wasn't their problem. We were frustrated too because we needed a starter for our car. A part they had in stock that we paid for twice today!
