Holy Canoli, Batman. We knew we had to get by here, but boy did we not know what we were missing.

The meats. While drooling over raw jalapeno sausage, they offered us a (cooked) sample. We bought a pound (should have gotten more) and went straight home and made it, at noon.

We also got 1.5 lbs of the bacon burger. This was ground meat, not a bacon wrapped burger. You could not see the bacon. I don't like bacon. This Sheet was gooooood! We ate it for dinner that night. We haven't had our ribeyes yet, but I expect to be pleased.

The extras: The cashier recommeded a hot sauce, a bbq sauce, and some awful looking seasoning. It literally looks like coffee and salt flakes. She said it was life changing and didn't taste like coffee after cooking. We put it on ONE burger patty, because I doubted her. WHOA. I'm buying a bottle for everyone I even remotely like, for Christmas. I cannot wait to put it on these ribeyes. The sauces were also awesome, but dang, this black magic dry rub was the bomb!

We felt like we got great value for our money, got awesome recommendations, that will change the way we smoke and grill forever, and supported a local small business.

Amazing customer service and fantastic quality meats! We are new customers and have visited the McDonough location a couple times now and we are blown away by how sweet Mrs. Angie and her son Brent are as well as all the other employees! The filet mignons are the best we have ever had. The beef is grass fed and grain finished and oh so tasty. They have a great selection of ready to eat items also like chicken salad, pimento cheese, potato salad & more. They can order you anything you are looking for, will cut it the way you like and even individually wrap items if requested. They will even let you sample ANY bottled sauce, dry rub/seasoning AND their ready to eat items. Their service and cleanliness is truly top notch. Very BAD Experience. Yesterday I Went to buy meat they recommended this place. When I enter they required you mask and only 4 customers in the butchers there 6 employees and no mask. When we entered the butcher they left us looking very bad. One of them asked can help you with something and I told him You have Sirloin cap I didn’t understand me I had a mask I repeat him again and he made HE MOCKED , and I told him I wanted picaña, he told me where it was the moment I returned to take the meat the young lady from the cashier SCOFF again. He mocked because I’m Hispanic. The meat had no weight and price the ticket no have descriptions for what I paid. It is the first and last time that I go to that place. I consider myself a person who like meats a lot. I buy a lot of meat monthly....
