Shops at Westridge — Local services in McDonough

There's a new restaurant over there next to the gas station. It's a seafood and wings restaurant. It was surprisingly good. I got the broiled tilapia and broiled shrimp with green beans and okra and it came with bread automatically. Which they didnt tell us. They also don't tell you that it's fried green beans, not regular. They were very good I just wasn't expecting it as I was trying to eat a little healthier. I wish they had given me other options for the bread because I hated to see it go to waste. And a large side of okra is HUGE. It was enough for my husband and I to both eat for two meals.

Prices weren't too bad. For fish and shrimp with green beans and okra and drinks for my husband and I it was about $20 for lunch. Fish had a very good flavor I'd definitely order it again. Only thing I didn't like is that they had a sign up that says drink refills are $0.50. That seems really stingy to me and I doubt they'll be in business long if they're gonna try to nickle and...

When you do a lot of shopping for your groceries because of inflation at Wally World you actually don't mind spending a little extra money when you go into Publix especially this Publix because I did not have to search for someone when I was looking for something every time I turn the corner if there was an associate they asked is there anything we can help you with today sir, it was a reminder of Better Days. The kicker was when I was ready to check out a friendly nice woman actually check me out I didn't have somebody at the door wanting to see my receipt hoping I made a mistake because I'm not a trained cashier so they could arrest me. It's worth mentioning that Wells Fargo is an "ATM ONLY" location at this shopping center, no matter the time of day. No clue as to why they closed that bank down, outside of ATM transactions only, but they did around the end of 2017.
