Enough is enough. This will be my final order and I encourage others to not waste your money. The food is extremely overpriced. You’ll never get enough meat to justify the price.. you’ll get sauce and onions. My crab rangoons were fried extremely hard, almost as if they had been double fried. Another indication was that the crab rangoon was dry on the inside. First time for everything right? The sweet and sour sauce is actually what sent me over the edge. It is simply red colored water. It’s so watered down and in the smallest container possible. Meanwhile there are other restaurants in the area that give you more sauce than you need and the rangoon for $5. They are proudly charging $9. Therefore I’m struggling to understand why this restaurant is cutting the sauce with THAT much water. You won’t get another dime out of me for that display of sheer greed. I will let everyone I know to go elsewhere. Please listen to the reviews and just find a place that’s going to respect you and your money. Also if you want to try multiple dishes, this is not the spot. Let’s say you’d like Mongolian beef and sesame chicken with lo mein. You have to buy each item separately. $18 for the Mongolian beef, $17 for the sesame chicken, and another $17 for the shrimp lo mein. That’s $52 before tax. No appetizer. No drink. One person. You're not getting massive portions so it just feels like a cash grab. It makes me feel like they only care about profit and not the product they are pushing out. You’d think my simple request for WHITE RICE would be easy to fulfill, however they always give me a container of “fried” rice which is just the rice soaked in soy sauce. The woman on the phone reassured me that I would actually be getting the white rice but to my dismay I received the “fried” rice. The inability to provide me with white rice leads me to believe that just have massive batches of the soy sauce seasoned rice premade and they are just heating and stuffing to order. Attached are pictures that clearly show the double fried rangoon tasting of old oil and crumbled dry cream cheese. Tell me if you can see any crab. You can also observe the water sauce, which I did my best to highlight. I dipped a corner of the rangoon inside and the water sauce slipped off leaving a slight red tent. I included what they are referring to as “fried rice.” There are also pictures of the Mongolian beef. One with how it looks upon receiving, notice the unnecessary amount of onions. I suspect these act as some sort of “filler.” Do not be fooled! The last picture is how much meat was actually in the container. Again, notice the copious amount of onions. $18 for Mongolian ONIONS with beef. Didn’t get the rice I wanted and the CREAM CHEESE rangoons were inedible. My meal cost roughly $32 for what you see in the pictures. TLTR Disgustingly greedy and cutting corner type practices, mediocre food, with a 5 star price tag.

DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT EAT HERE 1. The food had no flavor. 2. In the picture, those 2 black subjects inside of my food, yea those are dead bugs. I am definitely reporting China House to the Health Department. But let’s see how they respond when I go back there tomorrow to show them. 1/23/18 - I went to China House the next day to show them what was in my food and to get my money back. When I got there and showed them: 1. They told me that was not bugs in my food, it was an ingredient in the food. 2. They said if I did not want the food or liked the food just say that instead of saying there is a bug in the food. Mind you, I ate majority of the food and went to back to show them after 7pm the next day. 3. I pointed to the bugs and showed them the legs to the bugs and they said to me "where are the necks to the bug." They are rated a B and now I understand and know why. OMG I have never eaten here before. This is my warning for others. I ordered $45 worth of food. Crab Rangoons, House Fried Rice, lemon pepper wings. The wings came with a high saturation of salt no lemon, crab rangoons only had cream cheese no crab anywhere, and the fried rice came with hard veggies as if they didn't take the time to actually cook the peas and carrots I don't know if they were old or what. I think it is very disappointing that restaurants don't care what they give people, but really don't understand how valuable reviews are to your business. Oh the sweet sour for the crab rangoons was water

Came to pickup an order that should've been ready 5min b4 I got there. Went to the door, showed the lady the order and gave her the name, she scanned over the orders they had sitting there, said it wasn't ready and it'd be 10 more min. I received another order 5min later to pickup and showed her the new name as well, that order came out in 5min post order. I asked about the first order, she said they still don't have it. Only 2 items in the first order (sesame chicken & fried rice), still not ready. 2nd order was identical to the first but had an egg roll, that one came out 5min after being placed. So I wait. I go back and a different lady asks what I need, I tell her I've been waiting for 30m for an order that should've been ready b4 I arrived. She looks and hands me an order that's been sitting there THE ENTIRE TIME. So the other lady must've been unable to read and comprehend. I literally told her the name and the details of the order that sat right in front of her but she lied and said it wasn't ready. I'd never go back there....
