After experiencing the most summerless summer we've ever had, I wanted to celebrate my son's school milestone in a fun way that home couldn't give him. Starlite Family Fun Center advertised a $20 package that included unlimited skating with roller skates included, unlimited laser tag, and free play. This offer is valid on Saturdays only and I highly recommend it if you're going to skate and play laser tag. They give you a wrist band and it lets the staff know that you are permitted to skate, play laser tag, and use the play area. It does not include the arcade, so we did buy for one $20 arcade card, and this was perfect for the four of us. I spent a total of $100+ tax for four people (4 $20 unlimited play/skate/laser tag + one $20 arcade card. ) I believe a single game of laser tag is $14, so you could save $6 if you have relatives that are okay with a single game and do not want to skate (like one of mine). You end up getting a better deal for unlimited laser tag games and skating, because a separate ring up of skate time and skates is also close to the price for the full package. Social distancing is enforced and masks are suggested. You can wear your mask, but it gets difficult to keep on during exercise (i.e. running, skating etc.). The staff is proactively watching for safety (to help avoid injury), but also to keep the place clean. The free play gives your child access to an indoor playground in a separate area. They require socks and/or shoes in this area. I enjoyed skating until I fell, the arcade and the laser tag game. Warning: if you haven't skated in over ten years (like me), then be ready to get acclimated to the floor again or you might just fall. Beware of other people skating around you (small kids and uncoordinated adults), whether it's a master of the moves flying by super close or a beginner trying not to fall. The rink is not that big, and certain parts of the rink tend to get crowded by people trying to get adjusted to the floor and enter and exit. Starlite Family Fun Center has the red adjustable roller skating trainers for small kids to help them not fall available to rent for $5. We used one for my son, but his lack of balance on it caused me to fall trying to protect him. I left the floor after that and my back and bottom were sore for a few days after that. I did enjoy the arcade and my whole family played laser tag together and that was probably my favorite part aside from the arcade. There were about five games that were out of service, so keep this in mind. Overall, it was a good time for all of us. I say bring the kids and tire them out! We...
Read moreOh where to begin. The skating rink itself is nice, it was clean. I paid for a party here which was quite overpriced for what you get. I informed the manager prior to my coming that i would be bringing party decorations, she said it was fine. I paid $250 for the party package which is 45 minutes at a table and then 3 hours total for your party. In the package it’s only 1 slice of cheese pizza included in this. Unfortunately the rooms were booked up but my daughter wanted to go to the skating ring. The manager called me to inform me the times of things to let me know exactly what I’d be getting. I saw my host less than 4 times. Beginning, middle, and when it was time to move. When the food came eventually it was almost time for us to move. Lol . We moved our things and i had a table cloth which was themed and moved to the tables in front of us. The hostess then handed me the bill to pay when we leave. That was the last i saw of her. Around 3:30 we placed and order for food for the adults .Over an hour past before we even received food. The girl at the counter stated it was in the oven and when the hour passed athe manager who was now at the concession helping stated it would be getting ready and they were short staffed. i informed her I’ve waited over hour she gives me a pizza that was sitting. At the table while eating , another party proceeded to come in behind us. The manager questioned whether i had a paid party or not because we had decorations (tablecloth) over the table and now this was against the rules and would give other people the idea that they could do this. i thought that was rude and disrespectful especially since she was the one who admitted me and my party in and the experience at the concession Somehow between moving cups disappeared i was told to find the hostess who may have been busy with other parties . So here are my positives the staff was nice the guy giving the skates nice but probably doesn’t know much about skates couldn’t tell the left from the right. None the less nice and helpful. My negative would be that no one seems to know what they are doing or has clear direction, for everything that you pay for the party packages the expensive food you would expect better customer service. Then i had to wait for them to find the manager because she was the ONLY one that could check me out in the end. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip? A tip for what, no one helped me setup or move or anything else. And i was insulted at my own PAID party. Do better Kim. Kim needs help i agree with the other posts regarding...
Read moreNice looking location but very displeased with the customer service. Brought my daughter to enjoy her birthday skating with family, wanted to bring in a smile pack of cupcakes but, was rudely expressed by the manager that we can't bring in a cake unless we have ordered a birthday package which was extremely confusing considering last year the stockbridge Starlite location allowed us to bring a cake in with no problem. So I took it upon myself to check to see if it's stated on the website in which, it is not. My mother n law proceeded to get the cake in plans to ask where in policy it its stated and the manager approached her very abrupt and threatened to kick all of us out with no refund. I honestly don't see how it's a lost for the company when after reviewing the bday packages cake isn't included. Either policy needs to be visually posted for customers in the future or cake should be included with birthday packages. Nonetheless, considering the approach and lack of customer service I won't be visiting this location ever again.

Firstly, thank you for the response that was given concerning my review. Although, I do feel that your response only proved my position even further. To refer to me and my family as "someone walking in off the street" is very much a form of carelessness for customer acknowledge. Furthermore, I understand that business establishments must abide by their particular policies however, proper informing of the policy aids in customers knowing beforehand what the standard of the policy consist of ie. the website. As well, to apologize for me (the customer) not seeing the policy is further showing that the standard of this company is not the satisfaction or respect of the customer. From the beginning, if management had not been so abrasive in telling my husband and I that cakes aren't allowed and just simply explained why and offered a birthday package for possibly a later date if not accessible for that particular day this review and response could have been avoided. Nonetheless, I hope this review will help others in choosing this location and also help in bettering the customer...
