If offered store credit or a refund take the refund, never the store credit. Ordered an outfit for my daughters birthday well in advance, well the preorder ended up being over a month late and hadnāt even shipped so I had to find another outfit that would make it in time, I was offered the refund via card or store credit which I accepted, but then when my store credit wouldnāt work I reached out via email I was asked if I was sure nobody I know used it. To which I responded yes Iām sure and Iām sure I didnāt use it. They never responded and nothing was ever resolved. It was stolen. I will never be ordering from this company again, even if they tried to resolve this issue, they will never get my business again. I notified them that day and didn't hear anything for 4 days. I asked for en exchange and never received an answer. I let them know I needed them for pictures and that day had passed as well.
