We recently held our annual banquet at The Exchange and could not have been happier with the results. Our organization has held several events here in the past, but it was my first time at the venue, and I was very impressed by its versatility. Despite hosting a wide range of events and activities, it provided everything we needed for an elegant evening, from space to lighting, sound, and tech. Cassie was the cherry on top. She made the process easy, from booking to setup, and was even on-site to provide assistance and direction as needed. This is a fantastic venue for McGregor and the surrounding areas in Central Texas.

We are about to have our second tea party there and it has so many amenities to offer! Perfect for a Wedding, Reunion, Quinceanera, business event and so much more!

They did a Christmas block party kind of thing and they had hot chocolate, games, pictures with Santa and the Grinch, snow sledding, make your own ornaments, train ride, and a petting zoo. My kids loved it and we didn't even try the food we was trying to keep up with the kids.

We just had our 2020 dance recitals at this wonderful facility. After losing our school theater venue 2 weeks before our scheduled events, I was able to come see and re-book our events at The Exchange before noon the next day. Cassie Thomas was amazing, professional and so very helpful in making sure everything was perfect for our events. The facility itself is massive and comes with everything you need, especially for a wedding, reception, big party, or business meeting. Her staff was very helpful and thorough in sanitizing all of the chairs in between our rehearsals and shows. The cost of the facility includes everything and you get to use it for the entire day. Cassie was only a text or phone call anytime I needed her, even after her regular work hours. I can’t enough good things about this wonderful and beautiful facility. Bravo to the City of McGregor for building such a wonderful facility!

Our charity, Rhett Revolution, hosted a fundraising event with over 400 attendees in December 2020 at The Exchange. Manager Cassie Thomas was a great help, setting up all paperwork and helping our team with all logistical needs for our event. The lights, sound, and AV systems at this venue are outstanding, making for a great atmosphere for our banquet. We had a very successful event, and we look forward to using The Exchange Events Center again...
