We sent out a service request at 7:50 Wednesday morning, and they were able to come out by 1:50, which was great. The problem was that we needed a part ordered, but both the technician on site and the operator I spoke with several times (Tara LeAnn Ray) assured me that it would be fixed by Thursday. She could not give me an ETA Wednesday evening but told me to call back in the morning and that she'd have one. I called in the morning. No ETA. Apparently they are still waiting on the truck bringing the missing piece. I call 2 hours later, still nothing to report, but Tara assures me she will call back soon with an update. I EVENTUALLY get a phone call, but it's not from Tara or On Point, it's from my landlord, who tells me "do not call the ac people and bug them," so even though Tara didn't have the time to call me back, she apparently had time to contact my landlord to ask them for the annoying guy without A/C for two nights in a row to leave them alone. I then take to Facebook, Yelp, and Google and write a review for Key Real Estate. Within 2 hours, Tara had responded to my post on Key Real Estate's page even though I never specifically mentioned her (I didn't know her name until she posted) or On Point, just "the ac company." There is virtually NO WAY Tara could have known that review was up unless she had been contacted by my landlord and told to go defend Key Real Estate. It a clear case of collusion, ending with "We do a lot of work for Malisa, and believe me when I say this, she is an amazing realtor." Read moreI have AHS insurance and they called this company to repair my refrigerator (only refrigerator I have too) they came out no problem to access the problem then supposedly told AHS right away the problem on May 9,23 I had just had knee surgery and was supposed to keep my knee iced down(but not without a freezer!) it took almost two weeks to order and receiver part so after tracking the part they received the part on May 19,23 at noon, I called the office promptly to see if there was anyway I could get it fixed Friday afternoon, and the RUDE lady who answers their phone and schedules all appoints said no not on a Friday! I said I’ll pay extra I really need my fridge it’s been over two weeks and I can’t keep food ICE or nothing at this point and it’s ridiculous she said too bad! On Monday at 8:10am she calls and said they can be out there in an hour, I said I’m at work I cannot just leave work at the hospital I have to have it planned she said well too bad I’ll call tomorrow, I said well can we schedule it I have a job and you can’t just leave the hospital I have to ask off and get it approved she said we don’t do appoints unless you are paying us and you didn’t your using your AHS so we don’t schedule appoints for you so you’ll have to just be there when we are available! Read moreThis company was referred to me through my home warranty company, and my experience with them has been nothing less than outstanding! They've come to my house and completed several different work orders now, and they've always called in the morning to give me a time frame for arrival, they've always arrived within that time frame given, and they've always been willing to work with me around my work schedule when they had the ability to do so.
I believe the ladies who have called to give me the time frame were Trista and Tara, and they've always been kind and courteous, and ensured that the time frame would work for me.
The gentlemen who have been out to my house were Chris and Evan, both of whom completed the job in a timely manner, gave me an explanation as to what the problem was, and answered any and all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend this...
