Food: They carry the craftsmanship approach into the food menu as well. The burgers are as good as you'll find. Tater kegs? Order them you'll know. Pork belly burn ends in a sandwich? Fried green tomatoes - find those nearby. Truffle fries (I nuked mine the next day and they were still awesome. SERVICE: Second to none. I'm pretty sure this staff loves working here. They talked to me about their beers in depth. And they didn't even blink when I got all beer nerdy, like I do.

That Smokehouse Burger…..oh my. Nothing compares. And the Fried Green Tomatoes….a perfected southern classic. I don’t even like tomatoes — and I loved these. The crispy, golden coating was perfectly seasoned, and the tomatoes inside were tangy without being too sharp. They had this amazing balance of crunch and tenderness that totally won me over. If you’re on the fence about tomatoes, this dish will change your mind. Amazing, unique beer and quick service. So glad McGregor has a great quality brewery!

Nice newer place in McGregor. Food was really good. Service could have been a little quicker getting drinks as it wasn’t busy. We both had burgers and fry and both very good! Frys especially! Perfectly seasoned and with just enough crisp. We will be back to try the wings next. Doesn’t feel like a brewery. More like sandwich shop that also serves beer. Family friendly.

A must-visit in McGregor, TX!

This was my second visit to Franklin Brewery, and once again, they knocked it out of the park! The staff is always incredibly attentive, friendly, and kind. My honey joined me for the first time, and we both had a great experience!

We tried the Dragonfire Hazy IPA, Pineapple Express Hazy IPA, and Hoprimus Prime Hazy Pale Ale, all handcrafted by the talented brewmaster Kevin! His knowledge and passion for beer truly shine through every pour... The food? Next-level bar bites! We ordered the Tater Kegs (bacon, cheddar, chives, chipotle ranch) Which is an explosion of flavor in every bite! The BBQ wings were finger-lickin' good, and the fries were hot, and perfectly seasoned.

It was packed tonight during McGregor’s First Friday Market, but the atmosphere remained very welcoming and relaxed. We watched some polo and football on the big screens while lounging on cozy sofas.. it was a perfect way to unwind!

Franklin Brewery is a true gem and such a fantastic addition to the McGregor community. Can’t wait to come...

We went in at 2:00 pm. It was our second visit here since you opened. The decor is wonderful, the burgers and fried green tomatoes were outstanding. Loved the Prosecco on tap and your craft beers are awesome, but please TURN DOWN THE VOLUME ON THE MUSIC. When you can’t hear the person across the table from you there is a problem. You have six or seven tv’s with sports etc on each with the volume muted. The hard rock is not needed. We will be back because the food, drinks and atmosphere is super, but please don’t shatter our eardrums with what should be...
