I was hired to work here April 24th 2025 just before Mother's Day. Little did I know that I would be faced with the most horrible experience at a job in my entire life! The owner, Rene Heifner, has more problems than our government did before Trump swung into the rescue! Very unorganized, lacks common sense and logic, confused me about my job duties that werent feasible and never paid me or the other 2 people she hired to help her! Then she would go on a mega shopping spree at Wolfe's wholesale flowers racking up a huge tab followed by alot of floral decomposition as a result of not enough orders to use them all up for! So after I got fed up with watching her yell at her teenaged daughters and adult son in the store, I had enough of that toxic environment situation and was left with no choice but to quit after two and a half weeks! Rene has come close to getting evicted from the space she leases as her business is sinking in quicksand! She has no business running a business in her mental and physical condition since she doesn't show up at the store as often as a business owner should! So I've had to go file a wage theft claim against her for failure to pay me the wages I earned by working there! I do not recommend giving any business to her at all....so customer beware! There are way better florists in the area who can make much nicer professional looking arrangements at better prices too!
