We can't say enough about Shaina! She was so fun to work with. She talked to us on our level and made us feel very valued. She was always upfront and honest with us, and even came to find out she is a close neighbor to us. Shaina was not shy and even showed us stuff in the clearance room to see if it would fit our needs. She moved stuff around so that we could see how it would look in our home and even let us check out some options to take home and see if they really did go with what we were looking for. And NEVER did we feel pressured or rushed. She is the best furniture sales person that we have ever experienced. If we ever need anything else we will go back, and will recommend them to anyone willing to listen. She was very knowledgeable about the products also, so we knew exactly what were purchasing. We bought a table that was "as is" and she showed us where the blemish was. I thought this was wonderful, because it showed their transparency- excellent customer service. We ended up having to return an item, because it didn't fit our needs like we had hoped, and it was so easy! They really want you to be happy, and we are. We actually ended up going back to get more furniture and a refrigerator the following weekend! Thanks Shaina! You are amazing! Chris and Devin- Our Delivery guys, they definitely went above and beyond! They where smiling, on time, personable and gentle to our house! They even admired my husbands project truck. Read moreWe've had our issues over the years with various furniture stores and with COVID, all the corporate stores we looked at said they had no stock and we would not receive our furniture for up to 8 months! I found Roby's online and saw and read all the great reviews, so my husband had some long discussions and pretty extreme requests when he spoke to the manager, Jeremy at Roby's in McMinnville, about purchasing a complete bedroom set. Not only did Jeremy have patience with us, he literally accommodated all of my husband's requests!
When comparing prices online for the bedroom set we wanted, Roby's also had the best prices and, on top of that, we were given a really good discount for purchasing over a certain amount.
We were sent to Sam to complete our purchase (and set-up a date for delivery. Since some of the pieces we wanted were at some of Roby's other stores, she coordinated the sale and delivery of those items and they were all delivered at the same time- 14 days later as opposed to 8 months!
Delivery day went off without a hitch. We looked over all the pieces For any major flaws before they brought it up. Bret and Preston were very friendly and professional and got the job done pretty fast especially considering we live on the 3rd floor.
So, I can't say enough great things about Roby's! We are more than happy with our new bedroom set! Our ENTIRE first experience with Roby's was OVER-and-ABOVE anything we expected! We have a couple more things to purchase and will continue to shop only at Roby's for all our furniture from now on. We will also refer everyone we know to Roby's. I'd rather spend our money at a small family business that treats customers exceptionally well than big corporations that don't know a thing about customer service.

Read moreI have shopped at Robey's since 1997 at both their Tillamook and McMinnville locations. Our experience has been outstanding. I taught customer service and as far as I am concerned they get an A+. Let me give you the reasons for my grade: 1)When shopping at Roby's you are given consistent knowlegeable and friendly service. 2) Financial arrangements are efficient and transparent 3) Service on their products once you purchase them is outstanding Let me give two examples of this. We had a beach house at Rockaway near Tillamook and had purchased our stove and washer/dryer from Robey's.. It was Thanksgiving eve and our new stove developed a problem with the door which would have made it impossible to cook Thanksgiving day dinner. In a panic we called Roby's Tillamook store hoping someone would be in. We caught owner George Ewing closing up. He dropped everything and came out . He fixed the stove and saved the day. Most dealers would have scheduled us the next week if we were lucky.
Another illustration comes from out experience with the McMinnville outlet.We purchased an electric recliner from their predecessor Rice Furniture. After several years, the connection broke because it had been improperly installed. We called hoping Roby's might help us. Rudy took the matter in hand and the chair was repaired by a Roby's technician. When the same chair developed another electrical issue Rudy and Roby's came to the rescue again.
