I was very pleased with my experience, albeit brief. I just had some basic simple questions, for a tech guy, and I needed a ram stick and hard drive. There are no retail stores in meadville for that stuff. He says he doesn't sell much resale, just stuff he has for repairs. But he sold it to me anyway. He answered my questions and gave me directions on things even though I wasn't buying much.

On another note, this is a construction worker who was badly injured on the job some years ago. He could be sitting at home on disability but he switched to his backup plan. Good for you!
