Murphy's Fresh Marketplace — Local services in Medford Township

Four times in the past 6 months I have had to get price adjustments on items at Murphy’s on Stokes Road - juice, produce, frozen ravioli, and Pepsi. The shelf will show a sale price, but that price is not in their system. The cashier acts like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for the correct price. They actually leave the register and go check which caused a long line at the register. It almost felt like shaming the customer for asking for their advertised price. I wish this was a one-off, but my concern since this has been a frequent occurrence is that it is intentional and unfairly targets the elderly...

Inside the store is nice but why do people just abandon their vehicles at the front of store ? There's plenty of parking and clearly marked yet people just pull up, abandoning their vehicle at the front of store. What is that about ??? No other stores allow but I have seen this at Murphy's. I have traveled around America and shopped at lots of stores but this entitlement takes the cake. I worry about going in a Murphy's because the front is actually a fire lane so what if there is a fire ? I'll go to ShopRite or...

Murphy's is as a part of the Medford & Medford Lakes community as the lakes themselves. One thing I love about Murphy's aside from the obvious convenience, is the variety they manage to fit into a smaller local market. Their produce is always fresh and the deli produces some of the best sandwiches around. Lots of unique and local products that you wont find at the big chains. I hope Murphy's never goes away, I would be lost...
