We have been going to Al Roach and team for over 3 years now for hitting and pitching training. My son has got great advice, always feels comfortable and his improved so much. The staff there are always attentive and take the time to explain what they are doing and how it helps. Pitching coaches Dan and Nick are great. Their use of technology and the way they communicate is what sets them apart. They are positive, up beat and you can tell are very passionate about teaching and helping kids get the most out of their talent. As a parent Al and team do the little things right as well, speak after each session, go over what was covered, what went well, even what they can work on at home. My daughter is going through their softball clinic for the second consecutive month. She is 8, ages range from 8 to 14 or 15 I think. Al Roach runs an amazing clinic. He has an outstanding staff. The attention each girl gets is fantastic. My daughter has dramatically improved in every aspect of her game after 5 sessions. The clinic runs each week on Sunday, 4 Sundays in a month. I am not sure of the upcoming availability but I can tell you it is worth every penny. Monetarily it is very well priced. You can’t beat it in comparison to 1 on 1 training prices. The ratio of staff to girls is excellent and the girls are gaining invaluable experience with the instruction they receive. We just started her out in the fall, and I wish I would have gotten her in this before ever getting her on a team. I will continue to put her in Al Roach's clinics as long as I have the capability. We haven been going to Al for just about a year now and can not compliment him and his staff enough. We started with a group catching clinic which our son loved and grew from there. He then starting private hitting lessons which he still attends. His hitting has immensely improved. Al makes him work hard from the minute he walks into the tunnel and pushes him to be better each week and to always have a game plan and goal. I’ve watch his confidence and power in the box increase dramatically and his face glow after each game as he just keeps improving.
