Amazing support! I ordered a kegerator from them 10 years ago. In that time, I've had 3 minor issues with the unit and every time I've contacted support, they've been extremely helpful.

After 4-5 years, the digital display went out. $20 and 3 days later I had a replacement part that solved the issue.

After about 8 years, it started making a weird noise. Was advised to add a little machine oil to the interior fan. Sure enough, problem solved.

After 10 years (and a x-country move), the unit stopped holding temperature. Contacted support, described the symptoms. $50 and 3-5 days later I had a new part that resolved the issue.

I am liking this place more every time I go. It's not the BEST selection, but they do seem to be putting in an effort to expand their offerings as much as is reasonably for then. Overall, there's not a lot I can't find some version of.

My only two complaints are the location, which is pretty out of the way for most of the Twin cities and that the drive makes it doubly frustrating that not everything in the physical store is represented on their website. Given that they're taking on a lot of extra business since Northern Brewer closed their physical store, I'm guessing this is just growing pains.
