Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Medina

Unfortunately, I will not be stopping here again - as this is the 3rd time they made my Mocha like a latte!!!! It is 3 mins to work from the location I stopped at and by the time I got to work there the Milk shrunk down, only half full - just like a latte!!!! You need to educate the staff how to make the different drinks!! I paid $6.18 for half a drink. So NOT worth my money!!! When I've shown this to the staff - I get excesses, indifference and attitude. Unfortunately this new location is subpar. Our typical location is closed on Monday so we have this one a try. I did try to find a number to talk with a manager but there is no such number available. My husband ordered two standard drinks using the app for pick-up. One hot vanilla crafted press with almond milk and the other a white choc mocha.
