I went in to buy a new phone last week and I was lucky enough to have Jesus help me. He literally gave me what I consider concierge level service. He not only handled the setup and transfer for my new phone, he also walked me through the new plan and everything I was receiving with the new plan, including complete explanations of the FIOS channel bundles I was also getting. He realized that my FIOS equipment was in need of an upgrade, and told me exactly what I needed to do. I would be careful going to this store. My phone broke I went th the Medway MA store to buy a new one. Ponny told me to wait outside while he was trying to get all of my pictures everything onto my new phone. While I was outside Ponny WITHOUT MY PERMISSION went into my account and gave himself a 5 star review. Who knows what else he did while he was going through my phone. The review he gave himself is below. BE CAREFUL. By the way he didn't save my memories. Most of my pictures were lost. I don't blame him for that. I think he tried I'm not sure though.

Ryan saved the day for us - we had been to the Milford store and when they attempted to transfer our info from old phones to new ones, we were told the cord that came with our new phone wasn't working. He said "the phones were too old to do a transfer to the new phones without a cord. And the District Mgr brought the one we use to another store and we can't find another one".
