Ocean State Job Lot — Local services in Medway

My husband and I went to the Medway, MA Ocean State Job Lot tonight in search of a large and popular item. Unfortunately it was out of stock at this location. The manager on duty, Mary, went out of her way and called a 1/2 dozen stores and found one for us!!! We were beyond excited and commended her for her amazing customer service. She went above and beyond and couldn’t be more grateful. Mary, you restored our faith that there are very nice people like yourself still out there. The store has been closed for over a week. Nothing on the website about the closure. No information has been supplied. The website has been changing the store hours each day to show that it is closed on that day, but open every day. I have made the trip 3 times this week to make a return, to no avail. Lying on your website about being open for business is a new level of low, even for a corporation. For a discount department store they really do have some quality stuff. The staff at this location are really nice and natural. No phony "welcome" or "hello how are you" with no eye contact like Cumberland Farms or CVS etcetera. Great deals on soda, pet supplies, even wine. I got a bottle of 19 Crimes Sauvignon Blanc for $3.99. I thought that when I opened it that it might be "off" in some way but no. It was in my fridge for a week (unopened) and it's delicious!
