Medway Cafe is a great spot to grab some food and drinks. The pretzel with cheese dip and Buffalo chicken dip are both really tasty. The pretzel is warm and soft, and the cheese dip is the perfect accompaniment. The Buffalo chicken dip is really flavorful and has just the right amount of spice. In addition to the dips, Medway Cafe also has some great wings. They're crispy and flavorful, and they come in a variety of sauces. My personal favorite is the honey mustard - it's really delicious. If you're looking for a drink, the Piña colada is definitely the best choice! It's sweet and refreshing, and it's the perfect drink for a hot summer day. They also have a great selection of other cocktails and beers. The atmosphere at Medway Cafe is really cool too. It's a great place to hang out with friends and have a good time. They have a lot of seating, so it's a great spot to meet up with a group. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they'll make sure you have a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Medway Cafe. The food and drinks are really great, and the atmosphere is really fun and relaxed. It's definitely one of the best spots in town!

Updated - previously rate 4 stars on 2 lunches. Downgraded to 3 stars based on our 3rd visit and the following... We had the high top seat right accross from the window door to the kitchen. I watched the cook eat food while cooking, that's a huge no no! And the manager/owner(?) was in the kitchen durring because he came out shortly after... he kept coming out and walking by us and never once acknowledged any customers. He also wad at the door when wer were leaving and he nor the 4 girls at the front said thank you nor good bye. They also have kitchen staff with a beard, no hair net, gross! Dinner Saturday night (heat wave, not too busy)... The waiter was "new" he said. I'm not going to fault him for newness, what he lacked he made up for in personality/had fun with us. Got fajitas, would not recommend 1) no seasoning 2) same grilled chicken as I had on my salad, 3) the chicken didn't even seem to be cooked with the veggies 4) he asked for it "super well done" as you can see in the photos, barely cooked Had the cob salad, was good, but not as good as at lunch time. Lunch - 4 stars... 1st time, loved it! Cobb salad was great. Complimentary chicken tortilla soup was great. So great we went back the next day for the same thing. The waitress on day 1 wasn't too friendly, but the waiter on day 2 was AWESOME! We will definitely add it this restaurant to the rotation... maybe not now....

Medway Cafe is a nice little hometown spot that has been there forever it seems. The food is great and the portions are huge. I had a Cobb Salad and it was so big I had to take it home. And I'm a big boy! And my leftovers lasted a few meals! The chicken was a nicely cooked bbq chicken and the typical eggs, bacon, blue cheese crumbles and an avocado. I would absolutely recommend the restaurant to anyone. The service was amazing for a lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and the place always has people in it. The only caveat is the tables at the bar are kind of tight for a larger people like myself. So it was a little uncomfortable but that's what I get for being overweight! That really isn't their fault. The management staff was extremely nice and comforting checking on our meal throughout. If you are looking for a local spot and a special local find this may be your place!

People, this is it! This is one of few places left that you can just be you and enjoy. The ambience is electric at times, lunch is what it should be, quick and chill if needed, relaxed if wanted, and there is a progression that develops weekly as the place to be at night locally...the staff is genuine and attentive, the bartenders, priceless...and omg, they welcome you and say goodnight as well, a great break from other places that make you feel like you're bothering them...The regulars lurk about and the food comes out on point and timely even at their busiest times...the music is always right and the they always seem ready to truly serve you...what happens at the Medway Cafe....stays at the Medway Cafe ;)
