Van's Delivery Pharmacy — Local services in Mehlville

Previously I went to the big chain pharmacies and always had such horrible service. I had very important medications delayed for days and there was no customer service to speak of. I found myself on the phone for hours trying to figure things out. I am disabled and this caused much anxiety.

Then I switched to Van's. The difference is night and day. At Van's I truly feel taken care of. If there is an issue with a prescription (which is rare), they go above and beyond to fix the problem. They take the initiative and don't require me to play phone tag with every doctor's office and insurance rep to get things sorted. The drivers always show up in the time frame given. And they are quick and courteous when dropping off the meds.

I'd especially like to thank Emina, who usually handles my prescriptions. She also took care of my parents complex medication needs before they passed away. Not having to worry about their meds made being their caretaker much easier for me and I am so appreciative of that. She is patient, understanding, and kind. She is always happy to help and extremely competent when it comes to getting difficult orders sorted.

Everyone at the Medicine Shoppe is highly intelligent and very caring. Their customer service skills are beyond perfect. I have used other Medicine Shoppe at a different location and I believe that this Medicine Shoppe is beyond impeccable. They are patient and understanding. When I call or go in to retrieve my medicines, I am treated like family. They actually care about their customers, you can feel it when they actually take time out to speak with you and ask how are you doing. There is nothing in the world but to have them remember your name. Excellent service, friendly staff - they go the extra mile and are very quick in getting your prescriptions to you. Their customer service is over the top, I have come in close to closing time and where most places would of said "no, we are closing soon" they went above and beyond to stay after to ensure that my prescription was filled. Did I mention friendly staff? Also very knowledgeable and answered every question/concern that I had without making me feel ignorant or as I've experienced from other pharmacies "just look it up online".
