Went here to find my daughter some accessories for homecoming week. Worker asked me did I need help, told her to point me in the direction of the slouch socks. Sent me down the wrong isle, but I found them on my own. She kept following us like we were stealing and kept tryna up sell us on things we were purchasing. Told us the socks were 75 cents so I told my daughter she could get 4 pairs and a couple of more accessories. Checked out and looked at the receipt, the socks were 1.99, and when I brought it to the worker's attention they didn't fix it or offer a refund. Just told me I can wait til the Mgr arrives. I wasn't about to wait and I could afford what was bought. But we didn't need extra socks, only bought them cause the worker said they were 75 cents. And I think it's messed up that the worker told me one price and it was more and no one offered to fix...

I went in around Christmas time to get braiding hair that was supposedly on sale because it was on Facebook for that date and I asked the girl while she rung me up and she told me no that sale is tomorrow. I went back online once I arrived at home and realized that date they have online is that date I went and got the hair. I called the store to speak to the owner and they said he was off the day so I spoke with another manager and he completely just told me no that sale is not today wasnโt trying to check Facebook out wasnโt trying to apologize or didnโt even allow me to get the hair sale that was put on Facebook by the company. I would probably never come back because of that incident. They are just like any other beauty supply...

Always have GREAT attitudes and are extremely helpful in the early mornings,but I switch up and went in the evening today only to experience a horrible attitude from the Inventory Manager over asking about a $3.99 turban.( Maybe it was the way I was dress because I had just threw on some joggers and a t-shirt. ) This experience I encountered today have ultimately stop me from shopping at this store. Beauty & Company please do better with informing your employees of their Customer Service . Especially when you are spending your hard earn money you want to at least have a good customer service.
