So many times I have gone for breakfast and have sat 10 and even 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Cars behind me will drive away and I eventually would leave myself. They advertise that they are open for BUSINESS at 7. But on all these occasions I have been there between 7:15-7:30. I have even left at 7:54 before and they were still not open. After being fed up with this happening up to 3 times a week, I contacted corporate and complained. They assured me this is not how they conduct business and they will look into it. However 3 times since, I have had the same issues with the exception of them now apologizing for the inconvenience but they are not open. If you are supposed to open at 7 then a GREAT manager needs to equip the store with the right personnel. Sure things happen once in a while but as often as it does here, they need to fire the entire staff and hire people that will show up and do their job. Otherwise change the hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous! It’s quite pathetic how often this location (Poplar & Evergreen) cannot manage to open their store on time. They also need to stop apologizing and FIX it! Read moreThis taco bell was my favorite. My food was always made exactly how it was ordered. But of 6/18 that went south. I place my order at 522 pm. I was understanding that they were short staffed. But as she was making my order I told that she but beans on and day it should be no beans. Her reply was I don't know if I put beans on it or not. I ask if she could look. With a disgusting smirk she toss it aside and made a new one. Yeah my order is ready. But she refused to give it to me and after 20 minutes I asked if I can get my order. She proceeded to pass out everyone after me orders. I ask for it again and was meant with you'll get it when I get ready to give it to you. She held my food and my money hostage.. I emailed corporate to no avail. Will not be going back to this one

Added: So I get a reply to this post. I emailed the email address in the reply and I get no response to my concern. To me this means that Hospitality Restaurant Group approve of this behavior. Shame that this is acceptable
