This used to be our favorite Subway. I don't know what happened. Last year, it started when we stopped by to order food and were told they weren't taking any inperson orders because they were backed up with online ones and that we would have to order online. We understood they were getting flooded with orders and decided to eat elsewhere. From then on, we started doing online orders.
This worked until they didn't have the ingredients needed to complete the order we paid for. Usually the person working would substitute something else and we would be fine. But then one day my husband arrived to pick up our order and they didn't have the pizza we ordered for our toddler. He was told they couldn't refund us because we ordered online and that we would have to contact subway headquarters. They weren't willing to substitute or work with him in any way and were very rude about it. They didn't give him a number or any guidance on how we were supposed to do this and there was little to no direct instructions online on how to get a refund. I spent hours trying to get our money back and finally just had to file a complaint directly to Subway HQ, which eventually got my money back.
So we decided not to return to this location for the time being. Almost a year later (yesterday), we thought to give them another chance and made sure not to order the pizza because they seem to never have it in stock. I don't know if the woman that works there recognized our online account, but it certainly seemed like our sandwiches were sabotaged. I requested the regular amount of mayo and my sandwich was drowning in mayo. There was almost as much mayo as there was tuna. My vegetables were swimming in it. I had to scrape off several tablespoons worth and there was still too much. Ended up tossing the last bit of sandwich because it was more mayo than tuna. My husband didn't get any vegetables at all and decided to go back and get them added. She barely gave him any, like it was his fault that his sandwich wasn't made correctly. She was the same person he dealt with when trying to get a refund, so it definitely feels like this could have been deliberate. This never happened in the past when she made our sandwiches. No more chances. We won't ever go back and will be looking for...
Read moreI used to love this location so much I would come in twice a week. The people here always used to be friendly, inviting, and would make my sandwich exactly how I liked it without an attitude or complaint. However, good things can not last forever. Other reviewers have mentioned this place has really gone down hill. Now, I drive to the location on Summer.
What you will experience if you order at this location in person now: Rude staff that will act like you are asking them to pull out one of their teeth and put it on as a topping when they are putting on the sandwich what you told them what to. When asking for extra of a veggie ingredient, staff will have the attitude like it is coming out of their paycheck or fridge
Example: I asked for a lot of pickles like a fist full when my sandwich hit the veggie side of the counter. The guy put three pickles one by one on my sandwich and had a look of pain on his face like he had not eaten for a week and was giving his last little bit of food to someone he absolutely despised. When I asked for more the guy put on one pickle at a time until there was like 6 pickles on the sandwich and complaining under his breath as he put the pickles one by one again on my sandwich. When I asked for more again the guy point blank told me he couldn't and refused to put anymore on there. I had to threaten to walk without paying for or getting my sandwich for him to give me half of what I asked for. Please note: If the company changed its policy to add an extra charge for more pickles I am the type willing to pay a little extra to get what I want, and I asked him nicely each time.
I left emotionally and mentally exhausted by the negativity coming out of this guy and very unsatisfied. Stay away from this location. It is worth driving a couple of extra miles to go to the location on Summer Ave next to the Mexican food truck.

Read moreThis location use to be awesome. Somewhere between 6 months to a year their service has been getting worse and worse. I have been twice in two weeks and both times I had to deal with terrible attitudes. Eye rolling, throwing condiments on sandwich because their mad. I use to work at Subway. I know what and how things suppose to go on their but I'm not that guy. I let people do their job. But lately I've been told they don't serve Monterey Cheddar Cheese which I get ALL the time. I was sitting there looking at it. She kept going back and forth with me which was already rude. She showed me all the cheeses then said and we got "this" I said ma'am that's it. She gon mumble under her breath that ain't even the name of it. I just shook my head I'm like it got the list of the cheese on the window and im looking right at it Monterey Cheddar. Then this week the girl rolled her eyes at me because I said I wanted flat bread which I always get as well. She pulls out flat bread wheat. I told her Sorry, I want flat bread white which I always have gotten before when I went there. She said its only one type of flat bread which is Wheat. I told her no ma'am can you check. She pops her neck and roll her eyes and ask another employee they say the same. I didn't feel like arguing cause at this point she looking at me like can you hurry up what do you want. She made my sandwich so sloppy and messy with an attitude. She didn't even know what came on a club. She still had an attitude the whole time. She asked me three times what kind of cheese I want. Then, she still put the wrong kind on. I don't know why I didn't leave I guess cause its close to home. But they won't have my service again. No one had customer friendly. The guy had his uniform pants down...
