Cooper-Young Apartments — Local services in Memphis

I have lived here for a couple of years my experience has been horrible I only stayed because it was close to my school ....my apartment has been broken into several times,my car window has been broken several times she says it's cameras but she can never tell who's breaking in your property ...I have had problems getting things fixed over the years ...THe manager is very very unprofessional she tells your bizz to other residents...she create problems between the residents which makes it very uncomfortable to live here....The trains keep up always....and being trapped by the train is a huge inconvenience I have been late to work so many times because of this . ... Hermitage apt are the worst place to live it's horrible and if you like peace this is not the place for u .....This place is ghetto the manager is very ghetto and the owner barley speaks English and u only see him when it's rent time but everything is done through Management so he only know what she tells him....and she is very ghetto and...

I live here for 2 years the worst experience ever. I thought at first wow my first apartment this is going to be great NOPE. The first time I live here I was upstairs and the person below me was very loud and I never got any sleep. The second one was a downstairs one it was a nasty and they did not clean it. My ex boyfriend and I clean it any everything was wrong with it. It takes forever for mantience to do anything. Very nasty place drugs every where Many times the water was shut off for many hrs.Pb and j towing company steals people cars over there for no reason. I know they stole mine. Just beware of this place. The only good thing about this place is the property manager very sweet and I like her lot very...

The office manager is way over disrespectful and unprofessional. After I called Kismet property (who's over these apartments) I came to the conclusion that they're unprofessional as well. I've never been treated with so much disrespectful from people that have never even seen me before. No one should ever live here. She's so unprofessional to the point where she just sits and talks about her tenants. No one and I mean no should be treated the way they treated me. To top it all off, they'll try to lie and get...
