They came and laid dormant sod in March. Some of it looked iffy to me and they said they would replace what was dead. Then spring arrived and it was obvious that at least 25% of my lawn was dead. It took three calls from May to end of July until they finally came out and replace about twenty pieces. No prep, just tore up the old and slapped down the new (which doesn't look much better) and still left tons of bald/dead spots. This is the worst lawn service I've ever had And they charged me 3k for this...
