I see someone responded to my review, however this does not help. I want my refund!!! Zero Stars...DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The night staff are rude, nasty and dishonest. Upon my arrival, I was immediately told they had no drinks. I continued with my order 2 Chicks, I was told they had no Chicks. I ordered 2 double Krystals with cheese and a small fry. I pull up to the window, paid for my order and was asked to pull into a parking space. It is not safe for anyone to be sitting in a dark parking lot waiting on fast food in Memphis, at 10 o'clock but because there were other cars also waiting, I complied. After 10-12 minutes the lady brings out my order, I checked the bag and my burgers were cold. I pulled back to the window and simply asked for a refund because I didn't sit there 10 minutes for cold burgers, to which I was told they can't give refunds, I'd have to come back tomorrow. I should not have to waste anymore time or gas to get my money back, it's ridiculous! She also told me that the burgers were fresh off the grill but because the AC is on they probably got cold. I have 2 degrees, I am not an idiot. She offered to remake the food and I declined because I was not going to sit there another 10 minutes so an angry employee could spit on my food. After a few minutes of the back and forth, I left with no money or no food. I called the store several times the next day and got no answer. Read moreArrived to Krystal’s & customer service was horrible. Attempted to order a #2. Price on ordering screen is $8.99. The cashier said the total was $11.82.
I asked why was the price such a significant difference & I was told due to taxes. Taxes on $8.99 would bring the total to roughly $9.90. I stated that sounds incorrect & asked why were the taxes making the total so high:
The cashier was frustrated that I even had an inquiry about MY MONEY and eventually admitted to charging me a large combo and said that the location only offers large combos.
This is not the first time this has happened but I was giving the benefit of the doubt since I was told they twice before on different occasions they “ran out of the other size cups”
Not sure what the ongoing issue is with proper standards surrounding inventory control or cash handling policies but attempting to price gouge to ensure sales quotas are being met or pocketing the excess funds at the end of the shift or both are going but I’m putting this location on notice.
The attitude I received for concerns & questions regarding pricing, the lack of integrity & transparency in pricing, or continuous excuses are all unacceptable.
I then went to the Austin Peay location & was charged the standard price…$8.99 with tax $9.87. Received great service & fresh food further proving that the last location’s service & practices are inappropriate.

Read moreUpdate: I did get my original issue resolved. They were very helpful. As far as this location goes, costumer service here is not good. I had a male employee raise his voice at me today (5/23/2024) over simple misunderstanding. I placed my order on the app and when I went to pick it up and they had a sign stating that they were out of chili so I expected not to the chili dogs and I thought that’s what the man said to me. I pulled up to the window they going I was still getting the burgers that I ordered but when the male employee came to the window and said “move, you can’t sit at my window” I realized he said cancel the whole order. I definitely misunderstood what was said but he didn’t have to be rude about it. I think this is my final sign not to go back. Please close this location! It’s actions like this that ruins businesses!
I place a delivery order through the Krystal’s app on 11/12/2023 around 12:40 am. I received a call from the delivery person stating that the restaurant did not have any wings or chili cheese fries. I told to driver to cancel my order. I was still charged for the order that I didn’t receive. I have sent 3 emails regarding this issue and I still have not gotten a response.
