I just left this location and ordered two vegetarian items. As you can see, I added jalapeno, onions, and potatoes to one and jalapeno to the other. I received my order and a young lady at the counter was very polite and asked me if I needed anything else and told me to have a great day. I told her "thank you so much!" And she replied, "no problem, my pleasure" or something along those lines. I was impressed and eased with the customer service. However, I went to my car and saw that the Bean Loaded Fry only had cheese and beans on it. Both items were missing tomatoes and guacamole. The Veggie Bowl was also missing sour cream, I wasn't sure if the fries came with it but it was also missing the jalapenos I added for an upcharge. No biggie. I went back in the store and let them know that I was missing sour cream and guacamole. One of the workers went to the back to let the lady know who checked me out, she came to the counter to ask how could she help I said that the guacamole and sour cream weren't on the items and she looked puzzled and asked me what didn't I get or what was missing because she didn't think XYZ came with the items. There was a manager sitting in the lobby, who seem to really be focused on customer service because he ensured that I was helped without so many unnecessary questions being asked. The lady seem like she was somewhat irritated that I came back to the counter, which led me to believe that the manager has been trying to help them with customer service skills just by seeing the change in her demeanor and his intervention on my issue. I just say you know what I just have to write a review. This is horrible. They do not listen to what you say if you ask for your food fresh your food should be delivered to you fresh at that window. The Dorito Loco is all broken up but it’s the french fries for me and then I asked this young lady. What is your DM name? So as I was ordering the young lady kept interrupting saying is that all, is that all until she finally said it's only one cook here and you can't order all that food at 1 time. And she was so incredibly rude that my sister and I told her to don't worry about it and cancelled the order as we were leaving I heard her say don't nobody care about them leaving. First if y'all only had one cook and we're short staffed she should have made that clear when we pulled up. Families were trying to feed there kids that had no power. It's very rude and unacceptable. The level of courtesy as a customer we received was null and void. Then for her to have a whole attitude was awful.
