I used to come to pawn shops to save money, but this pawn shop here sell things at retail or higher, I almost fought a hyper tough Jack they wanted $40 for, I passed on it and bought the two jack stands that I knew that came in a kit with the Jack and the stands, I paid $20 for the stands, I went to harbor freight and they had them for the exact same price brand new with a warranty 9.98 each, well they got me there, cuz I was dumb enough to buy to use ones for the same price, I went to Walmart to see what they had for these jacks and they sell the exact same Jack that the pawn shop was selling for 40 bucks they were selling for that kind of pisses me off, so I went ahead and went back to harbor freight and I bought an o-ring kit and came home got my Jack out of my car trunk and took it in the house put it on the table and replace the o-ring, now it's fixed it works fine for five bucks. I don't know what to think about people in their greediness to take advantage of people and rip people off, it was bad enough in here because they were sitting there running their mouths and talking between them and all this other crap while I'm standing there waiting and then when they got to me at the register they did the same thing while I'm standing there waiting they sit there and had their conversation and the lady wouldn't do her job, there's a reason I stopped going to pawn shops, now you know. Your customer is first not your...
Read moreI paid $400 for a Masonic ring on Christmas Eve for my husband, but it was for the wrong lodge, therefore he could not wear it. Louis was my salesperson and he talked about it being disrespectful to wear the ring if you’re not a Mason. He asked me if my husband was a mason and I said yes. He also told me a relative got jumped on and beat up really bad for wearing jewelry they were not supposed to wear. I was considering purchasing a black mason ring, but Louis suggested the red one because it had a diamond. I purchased the red one and had to bring the ring back to EZ. My husband said he could have worn the black one. My salesperson, Louis was there and he only offered me $160 to pawn or sell it back to them. I felt he could have done more considering what happened. This was my first time shopping at easy pawn and will definitely be my last. I sold the ring to...
Read moreI'm writing this review a bit late as I had misplaced the business card I had been handed. I was driving through Memphis as I was traveling from Chicago and I stopped by to get a quote on a Chromebook. They gave me a very good price and it only took a few minutes to get my money and be on my way. The fabulous part was that I arrived a bit early (before the store opened), and one of the girls was sweet enough to charge my phone for me inside the store as I waited for the store to open. The service was excellent, the price received was very fair imo, and the conversation while waiting was pleasant and entertaining. It was by first time ever selling anything to a pawn shop and I would 100℅ recommend this pawn shop to anybody. Thanks for your help and the great service Kesha, Buffy, and team! I...
