Edit: Y'all was five stars not anymore. I would give y'all negative ten if I could. It's so sad how quickly this location has gone down hill. After today's experience I won't be back ever again. My food was supposed to be ready between 645 and no later than 650 and I'm currently in line still waiting on my food. It's 7:17 pm. I have waited in this freaking line for over 30 minutes. Never again. And what really pisses me off is I can't cancel my order online so I have no choice but sit here and wait for my food. I don't know if y'all are short staffed or what but this is unexpectable. I'll drive out my way to go anywhere else. I'll update when I finally get my food. Terrible, Awful service. Everyone has an off day but the last three times I've been there, they have one or two pizzas ready to go and I've had to wait as long as 20 minutes for a pie. Last night was the last time. I went to pick up a cheese and two pepperonis for my son's party. There were already three people waiting. I was told it would be "5 minutes" for the pepperoni pies. 20 minutes later there were 15 people waiting, all for pepperoni. One guy had been there for half an hour. As each pep came out, they were sold to someone coming in only wanting one pie, not held to complete an order for those of us waiting.
