I had a bracelet to get repaired on a Tuesday. When I showed the bracelet to the lady,, she asked me if it was gold or silver? ( She’s in the jewelry business... I’m wondering why she was asking me.... 👀) I was promised that my bracelet would be fixed by Saturday if it was silver, but it would have to be sent off for repair, if it was gold. She didn’t call me to the next week, however she informed me that my bracelet was silver. After picking it up, I noticed that it had a completely different look. I believe that my bracelet was switched Out with another one. The bracelet that I received look completely different. When I inquired about it, she responded by saying that they didnt do that there. I do not have pictures or the receipt for the original bracelet. In other words , I have no proof that they switched it. Also, I believe that most of their necklaces/chains are fake. Do Not Buy...

Remember me????Lady was decently nice but only to get the sale.Agreed on price then was given extra but never received my change.Keep giving them chance to give me money by saying how im being ripped off but no change asked to have earring cleaned after speading $460 which was suppose to be $445 and all they did was wipe them off!😞Decent selection but jewerly is cheaply made and very over priced.Even when u make a deal they are treating there jewelery as if it was Zales or big name store.Paid $460 for some earring at best worth $250.This review however will be priceless to the people looking to do business with honest people.Im sure she thought that she was a smart talker to smooth me out of my extra money like i wasnt paying attention that she never gave me my money.Beware here not looking to do...
