Tim Grommersch - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Memphis

Tried to get coverage for renters insurance. Over a 3-4 month period there was back and forth communication about how they dont have papers to support my monthly payment. They told me my lease would suffice. I had my apartment complex fax this over twice. I then get two notices in the mail, one for 3 months of overdue payments (I gave them my debit card 3 months ago for these payments) and another saying that my coverage will end. No calls or emails were sent prior to this telling me there was any issue. I called the 24/7 number, where they told me I don't even have coverage. How can coverage end when it didn't even start? I call the local office and they tell me i don't owe those payments. Communication within the office is nonexistent. Blame is put on other associates within the office. Very unprofessional. Tim Grommersch with State Farm is my "go to" professional for home and auto insurance. He's licensed in TN and MS. I recommend him highly to all my real estate customers. He's willing to look at their current insurance quotes and see if he can save the customer money...he shoots straight and will tell them if what they currently have is best and to keep him in mind for next time. He doesn't try to hard sell people. He looks for solutions. He does go the extra mile too--I've called him on nights and weekends and he responds (doesn't make you wait until Monday morning!) I called this office because I had purchased two policies, homeowner's and auto from another State Farm agent Steve Womack, at the beginning of June 2020 and never received a copy of my auto policy nor the complete paperwork for my homeowner's. I was desperate and calling around to see if anyone could help me out.

I was told over the phone that Steve Womack, the worst insurance agent who ever walked the face of this earth, had trained the people in this office. Needless to say, I have to date still 2 1/2 months after the fact not received my paperwork.

So no I am not impressed with...
