My daughter was going to work when she stopped to help an injured duck in the middle of the road. Unfortunately, mama duck died in her arms. Oncoming traffic had hit her and her brood, with the exception of one little duckling. She scooped him up and brought him home. I made several calls looking for a surrogate mom for this little one that only looked a couple days old. I called Tractor Supply Co. to get advise on what to feed him. They were so helpful! Without hesitation they volunteered that they may know someone who raised ducks and could give this orphaned duckling a forever home! I was so releived. Had a lengthy wait in line to check out several items. After the items are rung up and I take out cash, the cashier says “On no” cards only. There’s no sign to forewarn you. I stand in line 15 minutes and no one informs you it’s a credit card line only? Then when I use my card, I don’t receive a receipt. When I asked for a receipt he says I can’t give you one, printer is broken. I then ask for the total written down. He doesn’t remember. Ridiculous customer service. I own 5 retail business. We always accept cash and we always have backup printers. Not my usual experience at Tractor Supply. This place seriously needs a good manager. Collierville store much better.
