I was really disappointed. I spent $149 on a takeout order and they left 4 things out. The gentleman at the register went over the receipt to confirm everything but didn't check what was in the bag. I called them to let them know and went back to get the missing items, only to find out when I got home that there was still 1 thing missing. The staff were friendly and apologetic, and I understand mistakes happen, but leaving out 4 things from an order seems excessive. I was excited to eat here when I saw that Jimmy is working there now since I knew the sushi would be good, but they let me down and now I won't be going back. Whoever is boxing up takeout orders needs to be more careful. I suppose it's my fault for not checking the order before I left, but it's sad that it's even necessary. If I could put a negative star as a review I would. We spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars at the location located on hwy 62, Saito 2. EVERY single time we order food something is always wrong or missing. We have ordered majority of the time through DoorDash. One time our food arrived, there were 4 salads like we ordered, yet no ginger dressing. When we called the restaurant to let them know and personally drive back to the restaurant to pick the 4 dressings up, the man we spoke with accused my husband and me of stealing the ginger dressing and saying we didn’t have any so we could get more. This is ridiculous and very bad business. Once or twice having missing or wrong food is okay because people make mistakes, however every single time every single week is just flat out someone not doing their job correctly and being lazy.
