I placed a pickup order for 6:00 and showed up at 6:15, fully expecting a delay (because they’re never on time). But even then, my food wasn’t ready, and the staff acted completely clueless. The man next to me said his order was supposed to be ready at 5:30! The place wasn’t remotely busy, and there weren’t any to-go orders waiting — just frustrated customers sitting around.
The food here is still great — honestly, it’s the only reason I’ve kept coming back. But the service has gotten terrible over the years.
I’m all for teenagers learning responsibility and building a work ethic, but the kids working here act like they could care less if you live or die. No greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you” — just the bare minimum effort to get through their shift.
If you’re going to take people’s money — in my case, nearly $70 — and promise a pickup time, at least have the decency to be somewhat close to on schedule or to acknowledge the delay. Instead, there’s zero communication and zero urgency.

Read morePlaced our order online and when we got there 30 minutes later, the order had not made it to the kitchen. Bad systems in place. We waited another 30 minutes and when the food finally left the kitchen, we were asked to pay full price after our 1 hour wait. I told the lady that wasn’t right and she offered a 10% discount after telling me that I was wrong about my order times, that I hadn’t waited very long, and that it was an employee’s fault. This was the most disrespectful exchange I’ve had at a restaurants.
Save your time and money and go anywhere else. This place isn’t worth either.
I am not one to normally leave a negative review. I always try to speak to a manager or owner personally first. I took that route and got nowhere. Last night I ordered food ended up waiting an hour for to go food. That's fine people get busy and there is grace in that so I was kind. I got home and found a STAPLE IN MY CHILDS CHICKEN! yes an actual metal staple and on top of that we got all of the wrong sushi. I called back to explain and she informed me if I wanted to drive back up there with the food she would remake it but informed me of the wait time. We do not live close by. I declined to drive back up due to distance and also now being behind on dinner plans for my family and not trusting a restaurant now that has Staples in its food. The manager wasn't helpful and wouldn't agree to refund us even after admitting she knew we had all of the wrong food and after knowing about the staple.
